Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 10 August 2010 we, L. G. Chilcott and L. L. Underwood, were appointed receivers of income under powers conferred under a memorandum of mortgage dated the 10th day of March 2000 affecting the property at Units 8-14, 44 Fields Parade, Albany, Auckland.
