Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 2 August 2010, the holder of a general security agreement dated the 18th day of August 2008 and registered at the Companies Office on 26 August 2008, appointed David Ian Ruscoe and Timothy Wilson Downes, chartered accountants of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
