Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Jeffrey Robert Hart, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, and David William Pearson, chartered accountant of Napier, were appointed receivers of MASONIC HOTEL NAPIER LIMITED and TURBO ASSOCIATES LIMITED on
3 August 2010 under the terms of general security agreements dated the 16th day of May 2003 and the 14th day of September 2007 respectively giving the holder a fixed and floating charge over the assets of the companies.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies' undertaking, property and assets.
