We, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, whose offices are at Level 2, Zephyr House, 82 Willis Street (PO Box 11793), Wellington, do hereby give notice that we were, on 26 July 2010, appointed receivers and managers of the above-named company.
The Property in Receivership is: The assets and
undertaking of KEEGAN CONTRACTORS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) pursuant to a general security agreement in favour of ANZ National Bank Limited dated the 31st day of March 2009 over all present and after-acquired property.
