Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Brian Mayo-Smith and Andrew James Bethell, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers of the above-named companies on 2 August 2010 under the terms of a general security agreement over the whole of the
assets of the companies.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies’ undertaking, property and assets.
