Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Andrew Marchel Oorschot, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on 30 July 2010, he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of METRO FURNITURE LIMITED, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 30th day of October 2009, being all present and after-acquired property of the business carried on by the said METRO FURNITURE LIMITED.
Any parties wishing to register an expression of interest in the business assets should do so in writing.
