Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income
Pursuant to Sections 8(1)(b) and 10 of the Receiverships
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 22 July 2010, Anthony
John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners, of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the income of
the property of CHAMPION APARTMENTS LIMITED
(in liquidation) pursuant to the terms of a memorandum of mortgage dated the 28th day of March 2008.
The Property in Receivership is: The income of the property subject to a memorandum of mortgage 7762596.3, as comprised and described in Computer Unit Title Registers NA138A/483, NA117A/543 and NA117A/446 (North Auckland Land Registry).
