Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
David Murray Blanchett and Colin Thomas McCloy, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers in respect of the companies on 23 July 2010 under the terms of security agreements entered into on the 9th day of August 2005, the 9th day of April 2008 and the 9th day of April 2008 respectively.
The Properties in Receivership are: All of the companies' undertaking, property and assets.
