On 15 July 2010, Curtis John Mountfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of MSI GRAPHIX LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 20th day of May
2008, over all of the company’s present and after-acquired property, being all personal property and all other property charged by the general security agreement.
