Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass, hereby give notice that on 15 July 2010 we were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of STEVENS MOTELS LIMITED pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 5th day of August 2005.
