Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
I advise that on 9 June 2010, John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioner of Pukekohe, was appointed as receiver and manager under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 3rd day of February 2006, which property consists of all or any of the property of the company secured by the general security agreement.
