Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 12 July 2010, I, John Michael Gilbert, was, under powers conferred by a general security agreement dated
the 31st day of August 2009, appointed to act as receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired personal property of the above-named company.
