Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Grant Jarrold and Paul Munro, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of ALPINE PACIFIC WINE COMPANY LIMITED (in receivership) on 12 July 2010 under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 15th day of April 2002.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its assets
and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
