Notice of Termination of Receivership
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Level 9, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were, on
1 October 2009, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all of the property of FINDLAY AGENCIES LIMITED and URBAN APPAREL LIMITED (both in receivership) under the provisions of a general security agreement dated the 4th day of February 1999.
That appointment ceased with effect from 8 July 2010
at 8.30am, the receivers and managers having realised
all economically viable assets and returning control of the companies to the directors.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
