Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 19 January 2010, Gerald Stanley Rea and Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by ANZ Bank Limited as receivers and managers of the property of I MOTORS LIMITED, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 11th day of April 2007 secured over all present and future property of the company.
