Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 21 June 2010, the holder of a general security agreement dated the 18th day of March 2010 appointed Simon John Thorn, David Ian Ruscoe and Timothy Wilson Downes, of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
