Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 25 June 2010, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of PACESETTER PRINT GROUP LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 7th day of September 2006, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property.
