Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 1st day of October 2009 given by DARLING STREET VENTURES LIMITED, that Darling Street Business Trust has appointed John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, as receiver and manager of the company.
This appointment commenced on 25 June 2010.
The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets, wherever situated, both present and future.
