Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 22 June 2010, the holder of a general security agreement dated the 16th day of December 2002 appointed Richard Grant Simpson and David Ian Ruscoe, of Grant Thornton
New Zealand Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
