Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 18 June 2010, the holder of a general security agreement dated the 20th day of February 2007 appointed Timothy Wilson Downes, David Ian Ruscoe and Simon John Thorn, of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
