Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Notice is given that, pursuant to general security agreements dated the 11th day of June 2007 and the 21st day of June 2007 respectively, given by LICENCED ASSETS LIMITED and TRIPLE HOLDINGS LIMITED, that Wilson Investments Limited have appointed John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist, as receiver and manager of each company.
These appointments commenced on 15 June 2010.
The Property in Respect of Which the Receiver and Manager has Been Appointed is: All of the companies undertaking, property and assets, wherever situated, both present and future.
