Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Bryan Mayo-Smith, chartered accountant of Auckland,
and Jeff Hart, insolvency practitioner of Wellington,
were appointed receivers of the above-named company on 16 June 2010 under the terms of a general security agreement over the whole of the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
