Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 16 June 2010 at 11.20am, Paul Graham Sargison and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by Easy Factors International Limited
as receivers and managers of the property of OAKS DISCOUNT LIQUOR LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 19th day of March 2008 secured over all present and future property of the company.
