Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 11 June 2010 at 11.55am, Gerald Stanley Rea and Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by Easy Factors International Limited as receivers and managers of the property of NORTHERN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 18th day of October 2006 secured over all present and future property of the company.
