Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Michael Joseph Patrick Ryan and Ian Charles Francis, insolvency practitioners of Taylor Woodings, Level 6,
30 The Esplanade, Perth, Australia, and Paul Graham Sargison, insolvency practitioner of Gerry Rea Partners, Level 7, 59 High Street, Auckland, hereby give notice
that on 8 June 2010 they were appointed receivers of
certain property of AUSTRAL PACIFIC ENERGY LTD. ("the company") under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 18th day of December 2006.
The receivers have been appointed in respect of:
(a) all of the company's shareholding in Source Rock Holdings Limited; and
(b) all debts owed to the company from time to time by Source Rock Holdings Limited and any other subsidiaries of the company.
