Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Malcolm Grant Hollis and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, 119 Armagh Street, Christchurch, hereby give notice that on 4 June 2010 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of income in relation to the property of MARSHLANDS WANGANUI LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 27th day of February 2007.
The receivers of income have been appointed in respect of all of the rental income of the land in Computer Freehold Registers WN46B/350 and WN46B/349 (Wellington Land Registry), being the property known as 148 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui.
