I, Grant Bruce Reynolds, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, do hereby give notice that I was, on 3 June 2010, appointed receiver and manager of HEAT EXCHANGER SERVICES LIMITED.
The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertaking of HEAT EXCHANGER SERVICES LIMITED, pursuant to a debenture and general security agreement dated the 27th day of July 2000 over all present and after-acquired property.
