Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

David Murray Blanchett and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed receivers in respect of assets of the above-named entities on 1 June 2010 under the terms of security agreements entered into by MAIROA DOWNS LIMITED on the 25th day of June 2008, and CRAIG CHRISTOPHER GEORGE FAGAN and SARAH RACHAEL MARY FAGAN (trading as Mairoa Downs) on the 19th day of June 2002 and, pursuant to
the terms of memorandums 2004/4155 and 1997/4060 incorporated in mortgages B682450.3 and 7839798.4, granted by MAIROA HOLDINGS LIMITED.
The Property in Receivership Consists of: The assets and undertaking, the specific assets and the mortgaged properties of the entities respectively.
