Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on 14 January 2010 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of the companies pursuant to general security deeds dated the 6th day of May 2003 (AVALON-PACIFIC MARKETING LIMITED) and the 28th day of August 2003 (EASTERN HI FI GROUP LIMITED and EASTERN HI FI LIMITED).
Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Deeds: All assets and undertakings of the companies.
