On 20 October 2009, Patrick Dean Norris, insolvency practitioner of Nelson, was appointed as receiver in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property of the company under the powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 28th day of June 2007.
On 2 June 2010, he resigned as receiver, effective 2 June 2010, and the position is now vacant.
