Notice of Resignation of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 11(4)(a) of the Receivership Act 1993

On 17 November 2009, Patrick Dean Norris, insolvency practitioner of Nelson, was appointed as receiver in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property of the company under the powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 3rd day of November 1993.
On 2 June 2010, he resigned as receiver, effective 2 June 2010, and the position is now vacant.
