Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Thomas Manning,
chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 28 May
2010, appointed as joint receivers and managers of
the property of COMMERCIAL FLORIST SUPPLIES LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained
in a general security agreement dated the 25th day of
May 2007 which property consists of all present and
after-acquired personal property.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: RHB Chartered Accountants Limited, Level 1, The Hub,
525 Cameron Road, Tauranga.
