Notice of Termination of Receivership
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Level 11, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were, on
11 December 2008, appointed jointly and severally to
be receivers and managers of all of the property of HORSE & JOCKEY LIMITED (in receivership) under the provisions of a general security agreement dated the 17th day of July 2007.
That appointment ceased with effect from 24 May 2010
at 10.00am, the receivers and managers having realised
all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the director.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
