Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Brian Mayo-Smith and Andrew James Bethell, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed receivers of the above-named company on 24 May 2010 under the
terms of a general security agreement over the whole of
the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and
all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
