Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Paul Thomas Manning, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 21 May 2010, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of TOTAL FASCIA LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 1st day of September 2006 which property consists of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
