Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 21 May 2010, Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed sole receiver and manager
under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 4th day of September 2009 charging all of the present and after-acquired property of the above-named companies.
