Notice is hereby given that on 4 May 2010, Andrew John McKay and John Joseph Cregten, chartered accountants
of Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers of the property of HACIENDA HOLDINGS LIMITED
(in receivership) under the powers contained in mortgage 5499417.3 registered on the 25th day of February 2003, given by that company over the estate of freehold in fee simple described and comprised in the certificate of title SA14B/1079 (South Auckland Land Registry) together with associated rights and interests.
The Offices of the Receivers are at: Corporate Finance Limited, Level 15, AMP Centre, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010.
