Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 13 May 2010, Dennis John Wood and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers under the powers contained in two specific security agreements dated the 28th day of February
2008 and the 23rd day of April 2008, charging all of
the present and after-acquired livestock and investment securities of the trust.
