Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 13 May 2010, Boris van Delden and Iain McLennan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers under the powers contained in a debt security trust deed dated the 6th day of October 2006, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of VIADUCT CAPITAL LIMITED.
