day of September 2004 and the 31st day of December
2005, the debenture holder appointed Stephen Kim Bennett
and Timothy John Hoyle, chartered accountants of Steve Bennett Associates, Whangarei, as receivers and managers of the company.
The receivership commenced on Tuesday 11 May 2010 at 7.00am.
