Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(a) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kim Scott Thompson hereby gives notice that on 11 May 2010 Bank of New Zealand appointed Kim Scott Thompson, insolvency specialist, whose office is at WEL Energy House, corner of Victoria and London Streets, Hamilton, as receiver and manager of the property of ROLLER LEASE LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 15th day of April 2008.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking, and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital and the 2008 VIS Brake Tester/Shaker (S/N 4736-MA0844).
