10 May 2010, they were appointed as joint and several receivers and managers of all of the undertaking,
assets and property of ROCKFORTE FINANCE LIMITED (in receivership), at Gisborne, under the powers contained
in a debenture dated the 21st day of January 2004, in favour of Covenant Trustee Company Limited.
