Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
James Gregory Eden, of New Plymouth, and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Auckland, chartered accountants, hereby give notice that they were appointed receivers of KUMBAYA NZ LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 131 Powderham Street, New Plymouth, on 23 April 2010 by The Mill Liquorsave Limited (trading as Southpac Liquor Merchants), under the terms of a general security agreement giving the holders a security interest in all the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
