Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 3 May 2010 Kerryn Mark Downey and Andrew John Grenfell, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers of specified assets
of RURAL PORTFOLIO INVESTMENTS LIMITED under the powers contained in a security trust deed dated the 22nd day of February 2007.
The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the specified assets charged by the security trust deed.
The Offices of the Receivers are at: McGrath Nicol, Level 17, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland.
