Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Steven Paul Cammish and Brian Mayo-Smith, of BDO Auckland, Chartered Accountants, were appointed receivers of VERON TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL LIMITED on 30 April 2010 by Wallace Corporation Limited under the terms of a general security agreement giving the secured party a secured interest over all the present and after-acquired property of the company.
