Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Rents and Income
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 3 May 2010 Richard Grant Simpson and David
Ian Ruscoe, chartered accountants of Grant Thornton
New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several receivers of rents and income of the property of HINEWAI INVESTMENTS LIMITED, being the property at 186 Wakefield Street, Wellington, and being more particularly
the land described and comprised in, but not limited to, certificates of title WN59/42 and WN218/150 (Wellington Land Registry) ("the property").
The receivers of rents and income have all the powers conferred upon a receiver in terms of the mortgage and by the law.
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a second registered mortgage over the property.
