Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
The Receiverships Act 1993
Gordon Lewis Hansen and John Leslie Purvis hereby give notice that on 22 April 2010 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 10th day of November 2009.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all of the company’s undertaking and property, present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
