Notice of Resignation of Receivers of Income and Appointment of Receivers and Managers of Land
and Buildings
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Peter Francis Smith and Bruce William Stormer give notice that on 30 March 2010 they resigned as receivers of income and on the same date they were appointed as receivers and managers under mortgage 7695922.5 registered against the land in Computer Freehold Register WN9A/299, being
the property known as 7 Waiu Street, Wainuiomata, with the powers conferred upon a receiver of land and buildings in terms of the mortgage and by the law.
The receivers of land and buildings shall at all times be the agents of the mortgagor and not of the mortgagee.
