Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kenneth Peter Brown and Robert James Neilson, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 15 April 2010, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of R & R CONTRACTORS LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 21st day of June 2007 which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property whether now or in the future.
