Notice of Termination of Receivership
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of
Level 11, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland,
were, on 4 November 2009, appointed joint and several receivers and managers over all the earnings of BREAKERS NEW PLYMOUTH LIMITED (in receivership) arising from its property at 5C Jack Conway Avenue, Manukau City ("the property"), under the powers contained within
a memorandum of mortgage over the property dated the 17th day of February 2006.
That appointment ceased with effect from 16 March 2010 at 8.30am, the receivers having realised all earnings up to and including settlement of the property and discharge of the said memorandum of mortgage.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
